Dalton Ercolano

Hi, I’m Dalton Ercolano, the Founder of OrAI and a passionate educator dedicated to reimagining Jewish early childhood education. After graduating from the University of Kansas, I began my journey in Jewish education through a variety of meaningful roles across the field. Over time, I came to understand that educators don’t just need tools, they need partners. Partners who uplift their practice, reflect their values, and meet them where they are. That’s why I created OrAI.

Rooted in Jewish tradition and inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, OrAI blends innovation with intention, helping teachers plan with purpose, grow with confidence, and reconnect with the heart of their work.

I’m committed to learning and growing alongside the incredible educators who inspire me every day. I’m deeply grateful to those who have supported me on this journey, and I can’t wait to connect with even more of you.
