Dalton Ercolano
Founder of OrAI
Hi, I’m Dalton Ercolano—the Founder of OrAI and a passionate educator committed to reimagining Jewish early childhood education. After graduating from the University of Kansas in 2023, I began my journey into Jewish education through a variety of meaningful roles. I’ve served as a Counselor, Supervisor, and Judaic Program Director at Temple Emanuel’s Shwayder Camp, taught Judaics and Hebrew at the Max Frankel Religious School, and currently work as the Administrative Assistant at the Rabbi Steven Foster Early Learning Center.
Along the way, I recognized a powerful truth: educators don’t just need tools—they need partners. Partners who uplift their practice, reflect their values, and meet them where they are. That’s why I created OrAI. I wanted to build something that feels as thoughtful and human as the educators it supports. Rooted in Jewish tradition and inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, OrAI blends innovation with intention—helping teachers plan with purpose, grow with confidence, and reconnect with the heart of their work.
Though I’m still early in my career, I’m deeply committed to learning and growing alongside the incredible educators who have inspired me. I’m grateful to those who have supported me on this journey—and I can’t wait to connect with even more of you.
Let’s reimagine what’s possible, together.
