Dalton Ercolano

Dalton Ercolano serves as the Administrative Assistant at the Rabbi Steven Foster Early Learning Center in Denver and is the Founder of OrAI. A passionate educator himself, Dalton is committed to reimagining what Jewish early childhood education can look like.

After graduating from the University of Kansas in 2023, he entered the world of Jewish education unsure but eager to learn. Over time, he came to realize that educators don’t just need tools, they need partners. Partners who honor their values, elevate their practice, and meet them exactly where they are. That belief is what led to the creation of OrAI.

Dalton is dedicated to learning and growing alongside the extraordinary educators who inspire him every day, and he’s excited to continue exploring what’s possible together.
