These modules are topic-focused, interactive & accessible, and collaborative. Each module encourages teachers to explore not just what we do in the classroom—but why, and how we can deepen our impact with intention.
Weekly Reflection Sheets
Start each week with purpose and connection.
Inspired by the Jewish practice of setting a kavanah—a mindful intention—these weekly reflection sheets help educators connect a meaningful Jewish concept or value to their classroom work, reflect on their teaching through a lens of spirituality, growth, and purpose, and anchor their planning in values like chesed (kindness), tzedek (justice), or kehillah (community)
Each Reflection Sheet includes a short teaching or quote from Jewish tradition, a brief explanation of how it relates to early childhood education, a space for personal reflection and intentions for the week, and optional prompts to share with colleagues or integrate into team meetings.
This gentle practice helps educators stay grounded and aligned with our school’s sacred mission—nurturing children not only in mind and body, but in heart and spirit.
